ORDERS
Select your productions and add to your cart then follow the secure checkout prompts. If you prefer a more personalised service, click the WhatsApp link for a member of the SABILI styling team to provide input and guide you through the process.
Email us or WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your order number. We can amend or cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched. Once it has left our studio you will need to follow the returns process instead.
A confirmation is sent automatically to the e-mail address – and, if selected, to WhatsApp – within minutes of checkout. Please check your junk folder first; if nothing appears after ten minutes, contact us and we will resend it.
Yes, provided the parcel has not yet been dispatched. Let us know straight away via e-mail or WhatsApp and we will update the order for you.
RETURNS and exchanges
You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to send unworn items back to us. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. When your return is approved we will e-mail a returns authorisation and instructions.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Let us know the size you need and we will reserve it if stock permits. A flat-rate postage fee covers the outbound replacement; you pay only the cost of returning the original item to us.
We aim to process refunds within five working days of receiving the return. Banking networks can then take a further three to five working days to credit your account. If nothing shows after ten working days, please get in touch.
E-mail us or click the WhatsApp link with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a digital return label and simple packing instructions. Drop the parcel at any Post Office or courier point and keep the proof of postage.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Yes. We ship to every country except Israel for political boycotting reasons. Delivery options and prices appear at checkout once you select your destination.
We dispatch within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). Our tracked delivery providers aim to reach you in a further 48 hours, so most UK customers receive their parcel within four working days.
We do not offer in-person collection at present. All orders are shipped directly from our studio to ensure they are fully insured and trackable.
International orders travel with DPD or Parcelforce, depending on the destination. Both services are fully trackable and you will receive a live tracking link once the parcel has been scanned.
Import duties and taxes are assessed by your local customs authority. If fees are due, the courier will contact you before delivery. SABILI is not able to estimate or refund these charges.
PRODUCTS AND SIZING
Every product page includes a detailed size chart. Measure your body or a garment that fits you and then compare to the chart. A short video guide is linked beside the chart, and our SABILI styling team is happy to advise via WhatsApp if you are between sizes.
Design is led from our UK headquarters in Manchester, working hand in hand with our Delhi studio. Production currently takes place in a single, craft-led facility in Delhi that specialises in small, high-quality runs. Read more about our production on our INSIGHTS page.
We favour natural or low-impact fibres such as cotton and linen. All fabrics are piece-dyed with low-impact dyes and finished for durability and comfort. Full fibre content appears on each product page.
Most styles are limited editions and are not repeated. Occasionally we re-issue a popular silhouette in a new fabric or colour. Join the wait-list on the product page to be notified first.
PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna are accepted. Local wallet options may appear at checkout depending on your region
Our checkout is fully SSL-encrypted and PCI-compliant, and we never store your card details. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments on secure servers.
Klarna Pay in 3 is available to UK customers for orders over £50. It is interest-free, but please shop responsibly and ensure the instalments are affordable.
VALUES and ethics
Our fabric is sourced, dyed, finished and sewn within a small local radius around Delhi, cutting transport emissions. We use low-waste cutting, natural fibres, low-impact dyes and recycled packaging, and we produce in small batches to avoid over-stocking.
Parcels are shipped in boxes and envelopes made from 100% recycled cardboard, printed with vegetable-based inks. Garments are protected in compostable sleeves and sealed with paper tape, so every component can be reused or recycled domestically.
We work with small, specialist workshops that cater for bespoke/high end local needs and thus do not pursue formal certifications. Instead, our Delhi-based team visits regularly, interviews staff and records video audits to ensure fair wages, safe conditions and zero outsourcing.
Yes. We currently provide complimentary repairs for manufacturing faults and a paid repair service for wear and tear. A take-back scheme for up-cycling and recycling is in pilot and will soon expand to all customers.

Each release is limited, thoroughly researched and built to outlast trends - you can safely invest in craft, culture and longevity, not fleeting moments.

Price is a number; value is a judgement. Our prices reflect the true cost of doing things properly: high-grade materials, ethical production, limited runs, and time-intensive craftsmanship. As an emerging brand, we build our own infrastructure without mass-production shortcuts. If the value feels off, tell us - either we need to improve, or we’re not aligned in values.
